Alexandria City Council to Hold Public Hearing on Meals Tax and Other Items
As reported in our last post, the City Council will now have a public hearing on the increase on the meals tax that they approved last week as part of the FY19 budget approval. While this process is backward, this is the opportunity for our citizens to speak their mind.
The meeting will be held at City Hall (301 King Street) in Room 2400 this Saturday May 12th at 9:30 am.
