AAYR July 22 Monthly Meeting with Martha Boneta and Update on VA General Assembly Special Session

This month we are pleased to present Martha Boneta, a Virginian who nearly lost her family farm in Paris Virginia.  She has taken her battle to the Virginia General Assembly, which resulted in two laws being enacted to protect family farms.  She is also a policy advisor and political strategist and is the Executive Vice President of Citizens For The Republic.

As a bonus, she was raised here in Alexandria. She attended St. Mary’s Catholic School so she knows our area and can help us motivate and activate our citizenry.

In addition, we will be receiving an update from Samantha Mares of the NRA on the recent VA General Assembly Special Session and what it means for the 2019 election in Virginia.
